- Own solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud & Agentforce
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery
- Architect Data Cloud ingestion, DMO structures & Identity Resolution
- Design Agentforce & Data Cloud-grounded AI solutions
- Define RAG strategies, Trust Layer guardrails and AI automation boundaries
- Lead Sales & Service Cloud implementations
- Design integrations with Marketing Cloud, Power BI / Tableau
- Prepare solution design, data flow and integration architecture documents
- Mentor Salesforce engineering teams and conduct technical reviews
- Act as the primary technical escalation point
- Present architecture decisions and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders
