    • Apply Salesforce architectural patterns, clean code principles, and development best practices to build maintainable and extensible solutions.
    • Design moderately complex features and contribute to product-level architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.
    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve system stability and performance.
    • Develop and maintain unit tests and test cases, following TDD and proactive testing practices.
    • Work with distributed teams across different time zones, including product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and principal engineers.
    • Identify hidden or missing requirements and recommend technical solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Participate in code reviews, provide technical feedback, and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
    • Mentor junior and peer developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve overall team expertise.
    • Manage Salesforce deployments using CI/CD pipelines and follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
    • Create and maintain technical and feature-level design documentation to support development and long-term maintainability.
    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends and recommend improvements where applicable.
    • Support customer escalations with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and customer focus.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in full-stack Salesforce development.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce Integrations/APIs.
    • Strong experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex Salesforce issues.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
    • Experience working with Java and JavaScript is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
    • Knowledge of TDD, clean code, unit testing, and maintainable software development practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance to team members.

    Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Ability to provide technical direction and guidance to peers.
    • Experience mentoring and supporting team members.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional technical priorities.
    • Strong collaboration skills when working with globally distributed teams.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with product owners, business teams, architects, and engineering teams.

    Nice to Have:

    • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, and Lightning Component Framework Specialist.
    • Experience leading projects or cross-functional technical initiatives.
    • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related domains.
    • Experience with modern Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools.

    Development and Engineering Practices:

    • The candidate should demonstrate experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code principles, unit and automated testing, code reviews, technical documentation, design patterns, scalability and performance optimization, and root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
