Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions based on business and field service requirements.
- Configure Service Territories, Work Types, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling Policies.
- Integrate FSL with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize field service operations, workforce scheduling, and mobile technician experiences.
- Provide architectural guidance, support deployments, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing FSL solutions
