Salesforce AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• Design, build, and enhance autonomous agentic capabilities and intelligent workflows.
• Develop agent-based solutions using Python and multi-agent frameworks, leveraging emerging protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent).
• Develop, test, and optimize use cases across both single-agent and multi-agent architectures, including flex credit management.
• Support the systematic migration of solutions from single-agent to multi-agent architectures.
• Design and develop core agent assets, including topics, actions, and prompt templates.
• Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance data pipelines using Databricks and advanced SQL.
• Ensure seamless data integration across key business platforms, including Salesforce, Power BI, and Databricks.
