Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions and AI-powered autonomous agents.
• Configure agents, topics, instructions, actions, and workflows.
• Work with Einstein AI, Generative AI, and Prompt Builder.
• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate AI agents with Salesforce data and external systems using APIs.
• Build AI-driven automation and improve business processes.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent responses and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
