Key Responsibilities

Agentforce & AI Solution Development

• Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions for customer service, sales, and business operations.
• Configure and develop AI-driven agents to automate business processes and enhance user experiences.
• Integrate Agentforce capabilities with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
• Build conversational workflows and intelligent automation solutions.

Salesforce Development

• Develop custom solutions using:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Visualforce (where applicable)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Implement scalable and secure Salesforce applications.
• Build reusable components and frameworks.

Automation & Integration

• Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows and Process Automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with middleware and integration platforms to enable seamless data exchange.
• Ensure data consistency, security, and governance.

Collaboration & Solution Design

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to understand requirements.
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Participate in CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize application performance and user experience.
• Follow Salesforce governor limits and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Proficiency in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• SOQL/SOSL
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Einstein AI and Generative AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of Prompt Builder and AI-powered automation.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to Experience Cloud and Industry Clouds.
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
