Salesforce Administrator

Job Purpose

The SalesForce admin will work closely with business team leaders & subject matter experts in development, enhancement, documenting business requirements, training materials and conducting user acceptance testing for the developments. Acting as a liaison between business and technology, creative problem solving, impeccable communication and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role. This individual will also be responsible for point and click administration and configuration of key systems.

Main Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities

Salesforce Development UAT

• Explain the Business Need to developer
• UAT Testing
• Training & Documentation
• Follow up on improvement

Onboarding

• New Users onboarding
• Data Hygiene
• Report and Dashboard
• Sales Team Hierarchy and their Target update

Regional SPOC

• Primary point of contact for Sales all an Region
• Sales support team issue resolution
• Bug and enhancement resolution
• Data security
• Business requirement and analysis and documentation

Requirements, Skills & Competencies

• Must be a Graduate/Post-Graduate with Minimum 3-5 years of previous business analyst experience developing detailed business & functional requirements / Work experience in Sales related function with understanding of Sales processes
• Previous experience developing requirements for CRM project or implementation
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing and end user training
• Previous CRM administration (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) experience preferred

Industry preferred : Manufacturing, Wires, Cables, Consumer durables

Additional skill:

Salesforce lighting web application development - objects, fields, flow, triggers, formula and process

• Must have excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills
• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
