Salesforce Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.
• Support data management activities including data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide timely resolutions to end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Manage system upgrades, releases, and new feature adoption.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide user training and documentation as needed.
• Work with developers and external vendors for integrations and advanced customizations. Technical documentation
• Management of integrated applications (Oracle ERP)

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) (Optional)

• Understands basic triggers/Apex code knowledge

• Is active in the Salesforce community
