Salesforce Administrator - US Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 1 to 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Approve Salesforce access requests for users in accordance with organizational policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce permission and access-related issues.
• Assist Account Managers with quote creation, validation, and quote submission processes.
• Provide support for Opportunity and Quote management issues within Salesforce.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics based on business user requirements.
• Identify and merge duplicate Accounts and Contacts to maintain data integrity.
• Create, modify, and deactivate Salesforce user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and manage record-level sharing access and security settings.
• Support post-sandbox refresh activities, including validation and user access setup.
• Perform mass data uploads, updates, and deletions using Salesforce data management tools.
• Upload and maintain renewal data to support ongoing sales operations.
• Manage Salesforce Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, and User Licenses.
• Handle support tickets and service requests, ensuring resolution within defined SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to address Salesforce-related operational needs.
• Maintain data quality, system security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Any degree
• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Ability to work independently, with a strong work ethic, self-motivation and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Work during US PST Time zone
  
  

Location: Chennai; Locality - Vandalur

Shift: Night shift - 9:30 pm to 6:30 am IST

Transportation: One-way cab facility (drop) is provided
