• Understanding of Salesforce Security and Data Management concepts
• Basic knowledge of SOQL, Data Loader, and Salesforce Objects
• Familiarity with incident management and support processes
• Understanding of web applications, integrations, and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce production and user support for business-critical applications
• Troubleshoot user access, security, data, and configuration issues
• Monitor application health and support incident resolution activities
• Assist with user provisioning and permission management
• Support deployments, release validations, and change management activities
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards
• Exposure to Jira, ServiceNow, Copado, or similar tools
