Job Description

Job Title: Sales

Location: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad and Mumbai

Department: Sales/ Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Full time employment based out of Skootr office
• Generate new business from top rated Occupiers/Developers for Design
  
  

& Build for corporate interior fit-outs/Managed Offices.

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships and have effective in
  
  

person meetings with CXOs, Head of Real Estate, Head of Facilities &

Administration, Chief Financial Officer & Procurement Head. This is a

critical responsibility.

• Work closely with IPCs/Brokers, develop and manage relationships to
  
  

generate leads.

• Work with the team to pre-qualify the leads and move to deals.
• Lead and manage the entire deal cycle – Lead generation, client meeting,
  
  

pitch Skootr's value proposition, solutioning + proposal preparation, work

with internal stakeholders, negotiation and closure.

• Lead efforts to ensure the region's revenue targets are met.
• Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new
  
  

accounts and retaining

• existing accounts.
• Attend events/conferences and be the face of the firm in the market.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background:
  
  

Graduation/Post Graduation + preferably with MBA.

• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple
  
  

tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Attributes:
• Dynamic personality with personal initiative and strong leadership, time
  
  

management and presentation skills.

• Should have/ability to build relationship at CXO level.
• Proven experience into sales/business development at a mid/senior
  
  

management position.

• Should have extensive knowledge of commercial real estate in the region.
• Assertive communication, with the ability to prioritize is a must. Selling,
  
  

negotiation, customer service, marketing and decision-making skills.

• Pre-requisites:
• Candidates with prior sales/business development experience with IPCs,
  
  

Design/Design & Build firms, Managed Offices/Co-working firms, CRE

Developers, Office Interior Fit Out/Furniture/OEMs Firms/Funding firms such as

Rent Alpha are preferred.

• Comfortable with travel pan India.
