Sales (TSM) - Reflective/ Road Safety

Industry: Materials Science and Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, revenue, throughput, and collections across the assigned territory.
• Develop new accounts, channel partners, and business opportunities while growing existing customers.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, converters, OEMs, and infrastructure stakeholders in the traffic & highway segment.
• Engage with NHAI, PWDs, Municipal Corporations, RTOs, Metro Rail, and other government agencies to promote and specify reflective solutions.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competition to drive value-based solutions and business growth.
• Provide product recommendations, technical support, pricing, and samples to customers.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, opportunities, and customer activities through Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Planning to ensure smooth deliveries, profitability, and collections.
• Drive new product/portfolio opportunities, strategic accounts, exhibitions, and market-development initiatives.

Key Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Science with MBA is preferred
• Experience: 12-15 years relevant experience in B2B Sales & Channel Management
• Experience in dealing with Government departments (like NHAI, PWD, Roads & Buildings, Municipal Corporations, Public Sector etc) is preferred.
