Job Title: Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees
- Develop training content and sales modules
- Assess training needs and track effectiveness
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance
- Travel across locations as per business requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Training
- Prior experience in training sales teams from any sector involving Front line sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
