Sales Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver product training programs for automobile dealerships on new vehicle launches, features, and technologies.
• Provide sales coaching to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Develop customized training materials such as presentations, videos, and manuals to support dealership staff in selling trucks and other commercial vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and implement changes accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 2-12 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automobiles, trucks, and related products.
• Proven track record in designing effective product trainings that drive business results.
