Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train and develop our frontline sales team across multiple real estate projects and locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales training, team development, customer handling, and real estate sales processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver effective sales training programs for frontline sales teams across various projects and locations.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer handling, and closing strategies.
- Identify training needs and skill gaps within the sales team.
- Develop training content, presentations, activities, and practical sales exercises.
- Train sales executives on lead handling, customer engagement, follow-ups, objection handling, and conversion techniques.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job support to sales team members.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and practical sales simulations to improve sales effectiveness.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track individual/team performance after training.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and project teams to understand business requirements and training priorities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding team performance and development areas.
- Travel to different project sites as required to conduct training programs.
- Continuously update training methods based on market trends, customer expectations, and business requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 6 -12 years of experience in Sales Training / Sales / Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in delivering sales training programs.
- Real Estate Industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Willingness to travel between Coimbatore office and project sites.
- Energetic, confident, and target-oriented personality.
