Education: B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) preferred; MBA is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and field training for freshers.
• Train candidates on commercial vehicle products, features and applications.
• Explain sales processes, customer handling, negotiation and objection handling.
• Provide product and competitor comparison training.
• Develop communication, presentation and sales skills.
• Assess trainees through tests, role plays and field activities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve trainee performance.
• Support trainees in transitioning from classroom training to field sales.
