• Determine training needs by shadowing sales representatives; listening to calls; conferring with sales managers.
• Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
• Report on training program effectiveness.
• Oversee training material and suggest improvements.
