Sales Trainer-Yamaha

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver high-quality sales training content to enhance sales performance.
• Teach and mentor the sales team to improve their skills and achieve targets.
• Conduct product training sessions to increase knowledge about products and services.
• Utilize excellent communication and convincing skills to engage audiences and drive results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze training effectiveness and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in sales training, product training, or related fields with a strong understanding of sales principles.
• Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
• Familiarity with two-wheeler operations is desirable but not mandatory.
• Age: approximately 35 years old.
