Hiring: Sales Trainer Policybazaar

Location: Mumbai Malad West

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales, process, product and refresher training for new and existing employees.
• Identify training gaps through TNA, performance analysis and feedback.
• Conduct classroom training, OJT, coaching and upskilling sessions.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and counselling.
• Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve productivity, conversion and sales performance.
• Prepare training reports, assessment scores and performance updates.
• Maintain records of training sessions, feedback and follow-up activities.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Training / Process Training, preferably in BPO, BFSI or Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, product training and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Candidates should be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
