Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective learning and development programs to enhance employee performance.
• Conduct induction training sessions for new hires and provide online support throughout their tenure.
• Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs to equip managers with necessary skills to lead training initiatives.
• Produce and Create engaging digital and print content covering products, strategy, technical skills for training.
• Analyze training needs through TNA (Training Needs Analysis) process to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
• Manage training coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.
