About the Role

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Sales Trainees in Ahmedabad. This is a comprehensive 6-month intensive training program designed to build strong professionals in sales and business development. Upon successful completion of the 6-month training, performance will be evaluated for further career progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Focus

During the 6-month period, trainees will undergo hands-on training in:

• Counselling: Understanding customer needs, providing guidance, and building trust.
• Samvad (Effective Communication): Developing strong interpersonal communication, client engagement, and pitching skills.
• Business Development: Lead generation, client acquisition, field/tele-sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

• Fresher or candidates with 0–1 years of experience passionate about sales.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Target-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
