About this role
- - Support the Sales team in day-to-day operations and client communication
- - Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients and corporate accounts
- - Coordinate with the companys hotels and resorts for reservations, group bookings, and event requirements
- - Maintain and update sales reports
- - Participate in sales calls, exhibitions, and promotional events as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- - Graduate in Hotel Management or any relevant field with strong command in English, Hindi and Bengali communication
- - Execllent writing skills
- - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment
