Sales Trainee

Role & responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.

- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

- Track sales activities and prepare regular reports.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Prepared invoices according to customer requirements and specifications.

- Followed up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensured timely collections.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate degree in any discipline; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
