Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, covering responsibilities across Sales, Telecalling, UI/UX and Web Design, CRM operations, and SEO execution. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospective clients via calls, explaining services, handling inquiries, and supporting sales conversions. The role involves maintaining and updating CRM records, tracking leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction. For UI/UX and Web Design, responsibilities include creating user-friendly layouts, updating website content, and collaborating on design assets aligned with brand guidelines. SEO-related work includes keyword research, on-page optimization, monitoring website performance, and supporting digital campaigns. The position requires working closely with colleagues, following structured processes, and meeting individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients professionally and handle inquiries effectively.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage leads, support conversions, and contribute to revenue goals.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn new tools, processes, and product details quickly and share knowledge with team members when needed.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and Web Design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and lead management processes, along with familiarity with SEO concepts and digital marketing, is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, design, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales, telecalling, CRM, or web/SEO roles.
