- Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain a high level of good communication during all interactions, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a positive customer experience
- Explain product or service features and benefits to potential customers clearly and concisely
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services and pricing
