Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Associates to support our business growth through lead conversion, customer onboarding, account activation, and product promotion. The role requires effective communication skills, ethical selling practices, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers from assigned leads.
• Complete customer onboarding, KYC verification, and account activation.
• Promote and cross-sell/up-sell relevant products based on customer needs.
• Ensure accurate product communication and maintain zero mis-selling or customer complaints.
• Generate customer referrals and support business campaigns and other assigned operational activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work towards assigned targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
