Sales Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to build, manage, mentor, and drive performance of a 30-50 member sales team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, target-driven, and capable of consistently delivering revenue results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 30+ executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily performance, call quality, conversions, and productivity metrics.
• Set targets, track KPIs, and drive consistent revenue achievement.
• Coach team members through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews.
• Work closely with leadership to plan sales strategies and execution.
• Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and follow-up processes.
• Handle escalations and support team members in closing deals when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with proven team-handling experience.
• Prior experience managing 15 or more team members is mandatory.
• Experience in the stock market, trading, fintech, or BPO sales environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in sales, with proven team-handling experience.
