We are looking Sales Team Leader who can build and handle a team of approximately 12 to 15 Field sales executive. Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets.
Requirements - Proficient in Local Language(Read, Write, Speak) / Location specific regional language
- Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle
- Location specific geographical area and market knowledge.
- Should be willing to travel daily to meet sales targets.
- Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Who can build and handle a team of approximately 12 to 15 Field sales executive.
- Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets.
- Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks and providing support to team members if they have any concern.
- Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
- Share daily day end reports with ASM.
