Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced sales team leader for our company. Sales, managerial, and administrative activities will be performed by the sales lead, including maintaining sales growth, hiring and training people, and stock control.

- Who can build and handle a team of approximately 12 to 15 Field sales executive.
- Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets.
- Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks and providing support to team members if they have any concern.
- Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
- Share daily day end reports with ASM.
- 1.Proficient in Local Language(Read, Write, Speak) / Location specific regional language
- 2.Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle
- 3.Location specific geographical area and market knowledge.
- 4.Should be willing to travel daily to meet sales targets.
