Sales Team Lead

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Tele Sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly team performance.
• Convert leads into successful business opportunities through effective sales strategies.
• Guide team members on calling, follow-ups, lead conversion, and closing techniques.
• Handle and monitor inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Ensure regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Track team-wise leads, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams for smooth sales processing.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales, with team-handling experience.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.
• Good knowledge of lead management and follow-up processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
