Sales Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Team Lead to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving business growth, and achieving team and individual sales targets.Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Real Estate Sales Executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
• Manage and monitor leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
• Understand customer requirements and support the team in property presentations and site visits.
• Drive negotiations and ensure successful closure of property deals.
• Conduct regular team reviews, performance tracking, and sales meetings.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales performance and conversion ratios.
• Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other business associates.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and share sales performance reports with management.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company sales processes within the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:1-10 yrs in Sales, preferably with relevant Real Estate experience.
• Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Candidates from Real Estate, B2C Sales, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, EdTech, Channel Sales, or related sales industries may apply.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage sales pipelines, drive closures, and handle client escalations.
• Strong business development and team management capabilities.
• Target-oriented, energetic, confident, and result-driven.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates willing to work 6 days a week from office are preferred.
