Are you a target-driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an ambitious Sales Team Leader to lead sales growth and drive performance in close collaboration with our interior design team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Revenue: Lead from the front to hit and exceed assigned monthly sales revenue targets.

1-on-1 Designer Collaboration: Partner directly with a dedicated Interior Designer to pitch, present, and close high-value residential interior projects.

Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements, present tailored interior design solutions, and handle price negotiations effectively.

Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, ensure rapid follow-ups, and convert leads into active clients.

Process Discipline: Maintain accuracy in project estimation, CRM tracking, and booking documentation.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 2-5 years of proven success in sales or business development (experience in interior design, real estate, or high-value retail is a strong plus).

Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent client consultation abilities, and familiarity with interior execution workflows.

Ownership: High energy, goal-oriented mindset, and a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
