Sales Team Lead (Healthcare)

What you'll do

•  Own all plan revenue targets for all our programmes
•  Turn YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp engagement into qualified leads through webinars, lead magnets and DM funnels
•  Build referral partnerships with gynaecologists, endocrinologists, fertility clinics, diagnostic labs and corporates
•  Plan and run wellness events and workshops that generate and convert leads
•  Lead, hire and coach the sales team, and personally close high-value leads
•  Run regular training with fresh ideas: role-plays, sales contests, winning-call scripts
•  Track competitors such as Fitelo, Fitterfly, Fittr, Team YVS and Plix, and turn the findings into better pricing, offers and positioning
•  Keep the CRM and sales reports accurate and up to date

What we're looking for

•  A proven record of meeting sales targets in B2C, subscription or programme-based sales
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
•  Experience leading an inside-sales or tele-counselling team
•  Strong understanding of social media and event-led lead generation
•  Comfort with CRM tools and data (Excel or Google Sheets)
•  Excellent Hindi and English, with an empathetic, consultative style
•  A background in health-tech, nutrition, fitness or wellness is a big plus
