Analyze retail business performance, prepare MIS reports and dashboards, track sales performance against targets, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, market share, and distribution growth
• Ensure effective retail execution, visibility, and trade engagement
• Manage inventory and receivables within defined norms
• Lead and develop high-performing sales teams
• Execute GTM strategies for new and existing products
• Monitor pricing, competition, and market trends
• Collaborate with distributors to drive secondary sales
• Track performance and optimize promotion ROI and market impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analytics, Sales Reporting, Forecasting, and Cross-functional Reporting.
