About this role
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
- Manage and follow up with prospective clients and leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Support the client onboarding process and assist clients with documentation and account-related queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead information within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and other relevant teams, to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and other relevant data for the Sales Manager.
- Assist in monitoring lead allocation, follow-up activities, and conversion progress.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and escalate any client issues or operational concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Support the Sales team in achieving departmental and business objectives.
- Ensure all client interactions and activities are conducted in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
