Sales Support Representative (B2b)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Representative to join our team in the Beverage - Brewery / Distillery industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the beverage or brewery sector.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.
• Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize sales potential.

• Proven experience in sales support, preferably in the beverage or brewery sector.
