  7. We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Executive to join our team and assist the sales department in managing customers, quotations, documentation, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.
  9. Key Responsibilities:
  10. • Assist the sales team with daily operations and customer requirements
  11. • Prepare quotations, proposals and related documents
  12. • Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams
  13. • Follow up with customers regarding documents, payments and policy requirements
  14. • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  15. • Update CRM/Excel reports and track pending cases
  16. • Coordinate policy issuance, renewals and endorsements
  17. • Support the sales team in achieving targets
  18. • Handle customer queries professionally
  19. • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  21. Requirements:
  22. • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  23. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  24. • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  25. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  26. • Previous experience in sales support/insurance is an advantage
  27. • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
