Sales Support Lead

• Respond to all IndiaMART buyer inquiries within 10 minutes of receipt
• Call and qualify leads: requirement, quantity, location, budget
• Share quotations, product details, and follow up until closure
• Maintain daily lead tracker with status and follow-up dates
• List and update products on IndiaMART photos, specs, pricing, keywords
• Generate invoices.
• Coordinate with dispatch team for order fulfilment and delivery updates
• Handle customer queries on order status, payments, and complaints
• Maintain customer database and share weekly lead-conversion report
• Monitor competitor listings and pricing on the platform.
