Job Description

Job Purpose

To serve as a single point of contact to the Institutional Sales Team for any service related issues. To function as a link between the team and inter department personnel (i.e customer service, operations etc). Actively engage in channel partners especially with Wealth Counters and help the team to focus on their major role and also enhance investor relationship.

Key Challenges for the role are as follows:
1. Servicing multiple Channel heads could call for high degree of multitasking and may result in time constrain in meeting expectations of clients/distributors.
Unavailability of relevant information on time.
