Sales Support Executive, Inside Sales,

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive / Inside Sales professional with 23 years of relevant experience in the ISO Tank industry to join our team at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of ISO Tank operations, quotation preparation, client coordination, and inside sales support. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and share quotations with clients as per their requirements and company pricing guidelines.
• Provide inside sales support to the sales team for ISO Tank-related business activities.
• Coordinate with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide timely responses.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on quotations, and maintain regular client communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, quotation details, and follow-up reports.
• Track pending quotations and follow up with clients to support business conversion.
• Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, documentation, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding pricing, service requirements, and business updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the ISO Tank industry is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of ISO Tank operations and industry-related processes.
• Experience in quotation preparation, client coordination, and inside sales support.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and sales support activities efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working in ISO Tank logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or related tank container services with relevant ISO Tank experience are encouraged to apply.
