Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities to maximize conversions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review.
