About the Role

CodeQuery is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, sales documentation, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, sales executives, internal teams and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Manage and track leads, enquiries, and follow-ups through CRM, spreadsheets, or other tools.
• Follow up with potential clients regarding meetings, proposals, quotations, and pending requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Assist Sales Executives/BDEs in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate client meetings, calls, demos, and appointments as required.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending proposals, payments, documents, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Development, Project Management, and Management to ensure client requirements are communicated properly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Monitor the status of leads and opportunities and highlight pending or inactive leads to the sales team.
• Maintain proper documentation of client information and sales records.
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective coordination and follow-up.
• Handle basic client communication professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple people and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional and client-friendly communication.
• Willingness to work in an on-site startup environment.
• Candidates with experience in IT/Software/SaaS sales will be preferred.
