We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our sales team and POSP/channel partners with day-to-day operations, documentation, and policy servicing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking policy requests, resolving partner queries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related processes.

About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our sales team and POSP/channel partners with day-to-day operations, documentation, and policy servicing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking policy requests, resolving partner queries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with POSP/channel partners for onboarding, documentation, and activation.
- Assist the sales team and partners with policy issuance, endorsements, and servicing requests.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure timely processing of policies.
- Follow up with internal teams and partners on pending requests and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of partner details, policy requests, and sales-related activities.
- Track policy issuance, pending cases, and servicing requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and operational trackers.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to applicable IRDAI guidelines and internal processes.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to sales support and partner servicing.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, insurance operations, insurance broking, or partner servicing.
- Basic understanding of insurance policy issuance, endorsements, and documentation.
- Experience working with POSP/channel partners will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in non-motor, SME, or commercial insurance will be an added advantage.
