Role & responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads through calls to grow the client pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with clients, leading end-to-end onboarding and post-sales engagement.
• Address client objections, present tailored solutions, and upsell services to maximize account value.
• Track interaction logs and deal stages in CRM software to ensure zero lead drop-offs and seamless follow-ups.
