Sales & Support Execuitive

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Support Executive to join our WhatsApp Automation team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, manage client relationships, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Outreach: Identify potential clients, pitch WhatsApp automation solutions, and close deals.
• Customer Support: Provide timely assistance to clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct demos and explain features of WhatsApp automation tools.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer queries and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve product and service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in sales or customer support.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
