Sales & Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and CRM system
• Connect with potential and existing customers to explain Yoga Neram membership plans
• Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the benefits of our yoga programs
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding pricing, sessions, and offers
• Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure lead conversion
• Address customer concerns and provide quick resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
• Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience at all times

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and English
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with customers
• Basic understanding of sales and customer support processes
• Comfortable handling calls and CRM tools
• Ability to clearly explain membership plans and services
• Strong follow-up skills with a target-oriented mindset
• Patient, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Interest in yoga, wellness, or health-related services is an added advantage
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
