Sales Support Coordinator

To provide comprehensive sales coordination and administrative support to the Sales Management team by maintaining sales pipelines, monitoring performance, generating strategic reports, ensuring process compliance, and supporting business growth initiatives through timely reporting and effective coordination.

Role & responsibilities

Sales Reporting & Data Analysis

• Maintain and analyze monthly Strategic Reports, including:
• Intra Asia business
• LCL performance
• Sales Pipeline
• Sales Opportunities
• Other strategic initiatives introduced by Management
• Generate and distribute weekly Gross Profit (GP) Reports to the sales team for customer mapping and Sales ID tagging.
• Generate monthly Lost & Gained Customer Reports using the CIS tool.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or a similar role, preferably within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping industry.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Experience working with CRM/CIS systems and quotation management tools.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
