Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning Strategy Aggregate and analyze company and customer data from target industries to develop annual and monthly sales plans with complete customer contact details.
• Lead Generation Sales Calling Reach out to customers to introduce the company and products, schedule meetings for detailed discussions, and maintain accurate call records.
• Technical Support Product Consultation Explain technical details and applications of products, assist customers in evaluating solutions, and support sales pitches with help from the Regional Sales Team.
• Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, and engage through calls, social media, and other channels to drive future sales.
• RFQ Review Quotation Management Review RFQs for technical accuracy, clarify requirements if needed, and prepare and send accurate quotations in coordination with the Regional Sales Team.
• Follow-up Sales Closure Track pending quotations, take timely actions for order closure, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Team to ensure successful conversions.
• Purchase Order Order Processing Prepare purchase orders for customer or store requirements and ensure smooth coordination for material dispatch and delivery.
