Job Description: Software Sales Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time

Location/ Time zone: India working hours (9 AM IST onwards)

Notice Period: Only immediate joiners; who can join in next 15 days

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support the sales operations of a client's software product. This is a non-technical, customer-facing operations role focused on sales support activities licensing, quoting, and customer communication — across a global stakeholder base.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Generate quotations for software renewals and new purchases through Salesforce
•        Issue, renew, and extend software licences via a licensing application
•        Respond to high-volume customer emails in a timely, professional manner
•        Respond to web-based inquiries submitted through the client's website
•        Generate payment links via the IPG portal
•        Maintain continuous communication with customers and internal stakeholders across regions (US, Africa, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East, APAC)

•        Strong written and verbal communication skills with international stakeholders and customers.
•        Empathetic, customer-first mindset — genuine willingness to understand customer problems and help resolve them
•        Sincere, diligent, and detail-oriented approach to work
•        Comfortable managing high-volume, high-touch communication across time zones
