Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support – Executive / Sr. Executive to support the sales team in delivering a seamless customer experience, managing pre-sales activities, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth documentation and deal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience during site visits and presentations.
• Conduct detailed project walkthroughs, including layouts, amenities, configurations, and key project features.
• Ensure accurate customer data capture and CRM updates prior to sales interactions.
• Support the sales team during high-footfall periods, project launches, and events.
• Handle pre-sales and channel partner leads, including follow-ups and database activation.
• Coordinate customer registrations, documentation, and agreement processes.
• Engage with channel partners during site visits and assist in deal coordination.
• Support channel partner onboarding, invoicing, and brokerage coordination with internal teams.

Must-Have Criteria

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or sales support.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in handling customer interactions and site-visit coordination.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with sales teams, customers, and channel partners.
